On December 1, 2011 I ended my 11 year career at Microsoft. I will now be turning the page and heading to Houghton Mifflin Harcourt as the Sr. VP of Corporate and Social Responsibility. I’m looking forward to this new chapter (especially since I’ll be working for a publishing company… get it!!

This blog will hopefully keep me busy as I take the next 30 days off…
One month of getting ready for the new gig… enjoying NYC before I move to Boston… and taking some time to travel and hang out with my friends and family.

I just got back from a vacation Mary and read your blog. I’m so happy for you and will miss working with you. But it sounds like Costa Rica and life AfterMSFT is starting out just fine. All my best for a healthy and happy 2012
